Visualize the Positive

Today in an article, I stumbled upon a very intersting quote:

"Concerning all acts of initiative (and creation), there is one elementary truth the ignorance of which kills countless ideas and splendid plans: that the moment one definitiely commits oneself, then providence moves too. A whole stream of events issues from the decision, raising in one's favor all manner of unforeseen incidents, meetings, and material assitance, which no man could have dreamt would come his way.
--William Hutchinson Murray, The Scottish Himalayan Expedition    (1951)

There is so much power and reminder in that simple quote: if you strive to achieve and visualize your self completing your goals and tasks, then you will. There is no failure with effort. If you are unsure, uncommitted and ostentacious with no follow through, that is what you will reap in life. I think even when times are trying, we have to reach up and push ourselves to see the positive things and hope for those positive results.

"I forget that this isn't a universe of lack, but a universe of absolute potential."
                                                            --Tim Miejan, Edge Magazine (2012)
